After seizing Mosul and Tikrit, ISIS fighters have now captured the city of Tal Afar which lies between Mosul and the Syrian border. Nearly 300 US marines are on their way to Baghdad to protect the American embassy. US war ships are also being sent to the region. President Barack Obama hasn't made a final decision yet on whether to carry out air strikes.
